Scorpio Theatre is a volunteer community theatre group devoted to new works from the fringe of the dramatic world.  While at first Scorpio specialized in original comedies, our mandate has grown to include all manner of plays that are new to Calgary audiences.  From the 2004 smash hit Heracles: The Mythologically Accurate Adventures to the epic tragedy of 2007′s The Three Musketeers, from original works by local authors to off-Broadway hits like Dog Sees Good: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead and Tick, Tick, Boom!, Scorpio presents a night at the theatre unlike anything else in the city.
