Calling all volunteers!
Our new show, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, By Michael Shoberg is coming to the Pumphouse Theatre soon, and we need ushers!
Show Dates:
Thursday Feb 16th – Saturday Feb 18th at 7:30pm
Wednesday Feb 22nd – Saturday Feb 25th at 7:30pm
Matinees:
Saturday Feb 18th & 25th and Sunday Feb 19th at 2pm
As always, as a token of our appreciation, if you usher for us, you can come see the show free of charge on the night you volunteer. However, we’re doing a slightly different confirmation procedure for those who want to usher for this show.
Here’s what to do. If you’d like to usher, please email volunteer@scorpio.ca, with your name in the subject line, and indicate what night you’d like to volunteer. I will confirm the night with you, and send you a confirmation email with details on what we’re doing for this show (which is a little different than previous shows). If the night you want is already full, I will email you and re-confirm. Please note that maybes will be considered unconfirmed. Additionally, the exec. team has decided to cover box office shifts, but if you’re really keen on doing one, I won’t refuse a night off. I can get details to you if you’d like about that.
Ushering Shifts will begin at 6:15 for evening shows, 1:15 for Matinees. Please note that we also have a Preview Night on Wednesday February 15th, if you can’t make the other show nights, which we’ll also need volunteers for.
Remember, if you volunteer for all three shows this season, you’ll get a free Scorpio t-shirt! What a deal!
